We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the finance operations team and oversee all aspects of day-to-day accounting. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions. This role requires a leader who can prepare comprehensive MIS reports, handle reconciliation and consolidation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Finance Operations & Leadership: Lead a team responsible for day-to-day GL, AP, AR, and MIS functions.
- General Ledger (GL): Manage all aspects of GL accounting, including journal entries and intercompany adjustments.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Supervise the entire Accounts Payable process, from invoice booking and vendor reconciliations to payment processing.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee invoicing, track receivables, and perform customer account reconciliation.
- Reconciliation & Consolidation: Handle reconciliation and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy across all financial records.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, AR/AP Ageing, and Working Capital analysis.
- Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure all financial operations comply with regulatory and reporting standards.
Skills Required:
- Proven leadership experience in finance and accounting.
- Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation and consolidation processes.
- Proficiency in preparing comprehensive MIS reports and financial statements.
- Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a professional certification like CA or CPA.
