Job Title: Senior Manager

As a senior manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operations and strategy of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our submarine cable systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for landing stations, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including submarine cable consortiums, marine maintenance providers, and government agencies.
  • Coordinate cable repairs and track inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage invoicing and payment processes for central billing parties.
  • Oversee O&M activities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Identify new business opportunities and participate in preparation of RFQ responses and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of network operations centers, cable landing stations, and regulatory requirements.
