Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, prospecting leads, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless client onboarding. Qualifications - Skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation - Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills - Experience with Market Research and Competitor Analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and deadlines - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - Prior experience in the tech or telecom industry is a plus
