This role involves working across Billing, Online and Mediation platforms, with a strong focus on API testing, SQL validation, and automation using tools such as Selenium and Postman. The ideal candidate will be ISTQB certified and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities. What You'll Do - Review and approve newly developed automations before production deployment. - Maintain production environments using incident, change, and problem management processes. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers during daily operations. - Mentor and onboard junior team members. - Maintain and report on business line KPIs. Who You Are - A professional with 2 to 6 years of experience in test management within Telco. - ISTQB Foundation certified (or equivalent). - Proficient in API testing, SQL validation, and automation tools. - Skilled in using Jira, Xray, and structured testing methodologies. - Effective communicator with strong orchestration and coordination skills. - Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple testing streams independently.
