Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automated and manual testing data migration and AWS IoT. Experience in data models cheminformatics R&D and preclinical & clinical domains is a plus. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to impactful projects that advance our companys mission. Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Perform manual testing to identify and resolve defects in software applications. - Oversee data migration processes to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. - Utilize AWS IoT to enhance testing processes and improve system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. - Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies and processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. - Provide support and guidance to team members on testing-related tasks. - Contribute to the development of testing strategies for new projects. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies. - Support the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in automated testing and manual testing methodologies. - Demonstrate proficiency in data migration techniques and tools. - Have experience working with AWS IoT to enhance testing capabilities. - Show familiarity with data models and their application in testing scenarios. - Experience in cheminformatics and R&D is considered an advantage. - Understanding of preclinical and clinical domains is a nice to have.
