Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nexus Jobs brand and services. - Oversee and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum reach and ROI. - Create and implement effective content strategies that engage and inform our target audience. - Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets. - Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends. - Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to enhance their professional development and productivity. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. - Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and strategies.
