Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager for the Automobile Domain with a strong focus on aftersales and multibrand parts sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated area, managing client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for aftersales and parts sales in the automobile domain. - Identify and target potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. - Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. - Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales results to upper management. - Train and guide sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in sales, specifically in the automobile domain focusing on aftersales and parts sales. - Strong understanding of the automobile industry and aftersales service operations. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed sales decisions. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
