Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Kakori. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, ensuring that team targets and objectives are met. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating clear communication within the team and with clients. The Sales Team Lead will also be tasked with mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their maximum potential. Qualifications - Strong Team Management and Leadership skills - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Proven Sales experience and Sales Strategy development skills - Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and trends - Ability to work on-site in Kakori - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
