Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about data-driven marketing and eager to learn the intricacies of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management:

o Assist in the setup, implementation, and monitoring of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.

o Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.

o Optimize campaign budgets, ad placements, and bids to maximize ROI.

2. Analytics and Reporting:

o Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

o Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

3. Creative Coordination:

o Work closely with the creative team to provide input on ad copy, visuals, and other campaign assets.

o Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.

4. Market Research:

o Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

o Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and paid media platforms.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

o 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

o Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

o Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

o Basic understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and performance metrics.

o Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
