We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and lead client acquisition efforts through strategic digital marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Google, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality leads that align with the desired client profile.
A/B Testing : Continuously test and refine ad copy, creatives, and calls to action (CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates) using platform analytics tools to ensure ROI and optimize budget allocation.
Audience Targeting : Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to ensure ads reach the right client profiles.
Budget Management : Manage advertising budgets effectively to meet campaign objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to continuously refine campaign strategies.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google Ads platforms. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Skills :
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and CTAs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Other : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and available to work in-office 5 days a week at our Mumbai location.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing for financial services or B2C industries.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for lead tracking.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing to complement paid campaigns.
