Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and culturally tuned Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator ecosystem. This role will shape how stylists, trendsetters and creators engage with our world - driving desire, visibility, and demand for our brand. The ideal candidate has strong cultural intuition, understands luxury storytelling, and knows how to turn influencer narratives into meaningful brand momentum. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute a creator strategy aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments. - Identify nano, micro, and macro creators who embody our brand ethos. - Create a structured influencer tiering approach for gifting, paid partnerships, barter opportunities and long-term ambassador programs. Campaign Management - Lead influencer-driven campaigns across platforms, driving both awareness and demand. - Work closely with marketing, styling, and creative teams to amplify brand storytelling through creators. - Build compelling creator briefs with clear narratives, aesthetics, and deliverables. Creator Curation - Maintain and grow a strong network of creators, stylists, and talent managers. - Facilitate collaborations, product seeding, content approvals, and campaign timelines. - Host intimate previews, styling sessions, and creator experiences that bring the brand to life. Community Management - Build a creator community that goes beyond one-off posts nurturing long-term advocates. - Identify cultural voices and trendsetters who naturally align with our aesthetic and philosophy. Analytics & Reporting - Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sentiment). - Evaluate ROI across influencer tiers and optimize strategy based on insights. - Stay updated on creator trends, emerging platforms, and shifting content patterns. Qualifications - 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or creator management — preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury. - Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content platforms - Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) - Exceptional taste and cultural awareness with an instinct for selecting creators who align with luxury brands. - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and luxury fashion culture.
