The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned market. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients. Lead Generation and Management: - Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.). - Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-up and engagement. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales Performance: - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives. - Work closely with the team to provide customer feedback and insights for services + product improvement. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of the International market and customer needs. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT service. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: - Experience in selling enterprise-level software solutions. - Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and methodologies.
