Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, calls. - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. - Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer queries. - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes. - Provide consistent and reliable information to customers. - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor's degree is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong written communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
