Position Summary The HR Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. This role will involve streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging HR technology to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of HR best practices, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role will be responsible for the HR Operations of the global organization with an employee base of 1500 employees. Principal Accountabilities . Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR platforms. . Ensure data integrity and accuracy within all HR systems. . Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and modules as needed. . Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HR systems where needed. . Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with external payroll vendors and finance for the multiple work locations (India, APAC, Sweden, UK & USA) for OSTTRA. . Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks in alignment with the Rewards team. . Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll and benefits regulations. . Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. . Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. . Automate routine HR tasks and workflows where possible. . Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR processes. The new home of MarkitServ, Traiana, TriOptima & Reset 1 Job Description . Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. . Prepare and submit required Internal HR reports . Maintain compliance-related filings across all OSTTRA locations. . Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. . Monitor changes in labor laws and advise on necessary adjustments to HR practices. . Support and represent HR for all internal and external audits across regions. . Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees. . Manage employee data and records throughout the employee lifecycle. . Support HR Business Partners with various employee relations and administrative tasks. . Handle HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to employees. Manage end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including onboarding & offboarding, compliance, system updates, contract management, and coordination with IT and vendors. . responsible for managing the operational aspects of employee relocation and international assignments, ensuring compliance and providing support throughout the assignment lifecycle. . Working closely with the third party vendors to manage global immigration support. . Oversight of the global mobility budget and maintaining accurate records of international assignments/relocation, including employee data, assignment details, and costs. . Potentially manage and mentor a small team of HR Operations specialists or administrators. . Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. . Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth. Preferred Qualification, experience and skills . Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Master's in Human Resources or a related field. . 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations at a global level, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior role. . Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. . Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. . Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. . Strong organizational and project management skills. . Good knowledge on Google Suite/Workplace and Microsoft Office applications.
