Job Description Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for an Internship for Recruiter position. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within a dynamic team in India. Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Support the recruitment team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs. - Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Detail-oriented and highly organized with good time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry.
