SentientGeeks is looking for IT Recruiter Intern to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

Work Mode: On-site

Internship duration: 06 months (Paid)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Applicants should be from West Bengal
  • Diploma/Certification related to HR is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ Boolean search on job portals
  • Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
  • Applicants should have good communication skill.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and posting technical job descriptions
  • Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.
  • Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview.
