SentientGeeks is looking for Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

**Applicants must be from West Bengal**

**Applicants must have at least 2month of recruitment internship experience**

**Responsibilities**
- Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ boolean search on job portals
- Effective convincing / negotiation skills.
- Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
- Having prior work experience in consultancy will be preferred.

**It is a paid Internship, permanent job will be offered based on the performance**
