What You’ll Do This is a cross-functional internship - you’ll get exposure to multiple areas of sales and marketing: 🌱 Sales – Assist with outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and pitching. 🌱 Customer Service – Speak with customers, solve queries, and capture feedback. 🌱 Market Research – Conduct secondary/primary research and build a market intelligence system (customers, competitors, trends). 🌱 Content Marketing – Write blogs, case studies, and create visuals (Canva). 🌱 Events – Represent Rizzome at industry events and support lead conversion. 🌱 Social Media – Manage posts, campaigns, and engagement on LinkedIn/Instagram. 🌱 Partnership Marketing – Identify partners, design frameworks, and support collaborations. And since this is a startup internship, you’ll also get opportunities to experiment, try ideas, and take ownership of projects. 3. Tools You May Use Don’t worry if you don’t know all of them yet, but exposure to some is a big plus: - Canva (design) - Excel/Google Sheets (analysis) - CRM software (HubSpot/Zoho) - AI tools (ChatGPT) 5.
