Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. - Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. - Organize travel arrangements and itineraries. - Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical). - Assist with expense tracking and budget management. - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. - Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Discretion and confidentiality. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of project management tools/software. - Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
