We are seeking a Growth Manager to own data-driven experiments, optimize user journeys, and unlock new revenue opportunities across our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Experiments & Strategy: Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across the funnel (AARRR acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral).

Product Campaigns: Build and execute adoption and engagement campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app banners, and web pop-upsdriven by segmentation and user behavior data.

Data Analytics: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform decision-making. Build dashboards and reports for ongoing visibility of growth metrics.

Tool Expertise: Leverage modern SaaS tools (e.g., Customer.io, Intercom, HubSpot, Posthog, Mixpanel, CleverTap, WebEngage) to automate workflows, track events, and drive engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to implement growth initiatives and feature enhancements that improve ARR/MRR.

Integration & Partnerships: Identify and lead product integration opportunities that open new revenue pipelines and enhance customer value.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain structured documentation of experiments, outcomes, and playbooks to scale growth efforts across teams.

What We're Looking For

24 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or related roles in a SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of growth frameworks (AARRR funnel, PLG motions).

Hands-on experience with data analysis (Excel, SQL basics, dashboards).

Proven record of running product campaigns and feature-led growth initiatives.

Comfortable working with analytical and marketing tools (Customer.io, Intercom, HubSpot, Posthog, Mixpanel, CleverTap, WebEngage, or similar).

Ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
