We take care of everything—from coming up with ideas to editing videos and audio, marketing, and growing the audience. Coordinate with clients and lead our creative team to strategize and execute podcast projects. Treat each client like a startup—build the podcast, find the format listeners love best, and drive its growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. ~ Team Management: Lead and collaborate with our talented creative team to deliver high-quality podcast content. ~ Develop and implement strategies to build podcasts from the ground up, focusing on content that resonates with target audiences. ~ Treat each client's podcast as a startup venture—crafting the product, identifying the optimal format, and refining it for market success. ~ Guests Management : Find, Research, and Book guests to appear on the podcast. ~ Analyze listener feedback and market trends to find the perfect product-market fit and drive podcast growth. You have a genuine curiosity and passion for tech, venture capital, and startups. Key Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Fluent in English : You speak, read, and think fluently in English. Versatile Skill Set : A jack of all trades and master of many—you excel in various aspects of project management and creative development. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and motivate the creative team. Eye for Design : You have a natural flair for design and video production and can effectively communicate your vision to clients and the creative team. Storytelling Talent : You have an innate ability for storytelling and know how to captivate audiences. Passion for Tech, Venture Capital, and Podcasts : You live and breathe the tech and venture capital ecosystem.
