Product Operations at Dream11 strive to build a highly engaging rewarding safe trustworthy and scalable fantasy sports platform The operations team executes product-driven strategy along with other PM s to drive user-centric solutions in form of both Dream11 s consumer-facing products and the backend internal products that orchestrate all consumer-facing operations alike The team will be responsible for running the show on the Dream11 product They will be responsible for driving automation on product operations by understanding user behaviour and backing it with data Product Operations is a cross-functional role designed to guarantee successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle e g the people who are building the product-product managers design and engineering as well as support functions such as Sports Operations Marketing and Customer Support Your Role Planning and executing promotional campaigns to affect metrics like activation retention and conversion Enabling product and content team to drive experimentation across communication channels Owning MIS for the business function and drives learnings for the same Working with product content and business analytics teams in collecting and analyzing product data and metrics Conducting user research to identify user needs and market gaps Qualifiers 1 years of prior work experience with a keen interest in operations Basic knowledge of SQL and excel with an eye for business metrics Tenure 1 year About Dream Sports is India s leading sports technology company with 250 million users housing brands such as the world s largest fantasy sports platform a premier sports content commerce platform and a sports experiences platform Dream Sports is based in Mumbai and has a workforce of close to 1 000 Sportans Founded in 2008 by Harsh Jain and Bhavit Sheth Dream Sports vision is to Make Sports Better for fans through the confluence of sports and technology For more information is the world s largest fantasy sports platform with 220 million users playing fantasy cricket football kabaddi basketball hockey volleyball handball rugby futsal American football baseball on it Dream11 is the flagship brand of Dream Sports India s leading Sports Technology company and has partnerships with several national international sports bodies and cricketers
