Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager specializing in educational collaborations. The responsibilities include identifying and establishing partnerships with educational institutions, developing strategic collaborations to expand AVAAN INTEL's training and placement services, conducting market research, and managing the end-to-end business development process. The role also involves regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and meeting organizational objectives. Qualifications - Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Strategic Networking - Good experience in academic collaborations and partnerships. - Have proven track of working with universities and industry partnerships - Experience in Market Research, Proposal Development, and Partnership Negotiations - Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and work collaboratively with diverse teams - Client-focused approach and proficiency in understanding industry and educational trends - Background in skill development, training, or education sectors is highly beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
