Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and coordinating facility services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supervising staff. The role involves maintaining client relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and creating reports on operational performance. The Operations Manager will also be involved in budget management and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities 1. Facility Operations & Soft Services Management Oversee daily facility operations across assigned sites. Manage soft services, including housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, front office, and transport services. Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality. Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues (excluding technical issues). 2. Vendor & Service Partner Coordination Coordinate with outsourced vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and other soft services. Monitor service levels, performance, and adherence to SLAs. Support procurement of facility-related supplies and consumables. 3. Safety, Compliance & Administration Ensure all locations follow safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance guidelines (non-technical). Maintain documentation such as attendance records, checklists, service reports, and audit logs. Assist in conducting internal audits and maintaining statutory compliance documents as required. 4. Budgeting & Cost Monitoring Support monthly budgeting for soft services and facility operations. Track expenditure and help optimize costs through effective resource utilization. Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with finance for timely processing. 5. Stakeholder & Customer Management Respond to facility-related queries from staff, visitors, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for daily operational requirements. Ensure high customer satisfaction across all sites. 6. Reporting & Coordination Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on facility operations, service quality, and issues. Coordinate with the central operations team for escalations and updates. Ensure smooth communication across all assigned sites. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of facility operations (non-technical). Good organizational and coordination skills. Experience in managing multiple locations. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM tools is an advantage (but not required). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Facility Management or Administration preferred). 7+ years of experience in facility operations or soft services management. Experience handling multi-site operations is an advantage Location : Jamnagar / Ahmedabad Notice Period : Immediate to 45 days
