Job Details Position Officer Assistant Manager HSE Fire Job Location Dahej About the company One of our clients into a leading chemical port into storage terminal chemical port tank farm and petrochemical It s a JV of Reliance and other PSU which provides common infrastructure to its customers to benefit from economies of scale They focus on providing tank terminal services They own and operate a network of shore based tank farm installation for the receipt and handling of bulk liquids including petroleum products chemicals Ports Storage Terminal and petrochemicals Job Requirement 5 to 10 years experience into safety department of a chemical Petrochemical Oil and gas refinery or port industry Qualification BE Environment Environmental Clearance Compliances CRZ Clearance Compliances Preparation of Pre-requisite documents for Environmental Clearance i e EIA EMP Report Form-1 etc Forest Diversion for Forest Land acquisition Reply against notices observation issued by GPCB CPCB MoEF CC GIDC Other statutory bodies Legal Compliances Monthly Patrak Monthly Hazardous Waste Return Form I II Form III Form IV Form V Form VIII EC compliance etc Monthly form preparation database management of hazardous waste and e-waste Liaison with Statutory Bodies viz GPCB DISH MoEF CC GIDC Obtaining Approvals Permits Licenses CTE CCA license etc its renewal Compliances of CTE CCA EC conditions and its follow up Environmental performance reporting Reporting of any env abnormalities of tank farms and jetty and its correction through operation and maintenance team Monthly data submission to pollution control board Handling GPCB XGN Portal Construction commissioning of OCEMS for AAQ and ETP treated water ETP O M STP commissioning and O M Biogas Plant O M Hazardous waste disposal as per the statutory guideline of HWM Transboundary Movement Rule 2016 preparation of online manifest BMW authorisation management annual return Co-ordination with vendor for disposal and timely completion of billing jms process Co-ordinate GPCB Environmental Audits Report preparation Co-ordination with vendor for timely completion of Monthly Environmental Monitoring and its billing jms process Co-ordination of Marine Monitoring as per requirement of EC compliance VOC Monitoring as per schedule Co-ordination with vendor for timely completion of billing jms process Greenbelt Development as per requirement and applicable standards IMS Documentation Record up keeping and facing the audit compliance of audit observations Sustainability Reporting MIS Documentation Work- knowledge of MS office Experience in SAP modules for PR creation inspection and material reservation OGP creation JMS creation approval etc Processing the GIDC monthly water bills for it s timely payment and record keeping Preparation of water balance sheet Hands on experience in reduction of specific water consumption by at least 10 Env Budget preparation and its tracking Training related to Environmental Management Any other work assigned by the superior In addition to above knowledge on following topics will be preferred Site Safety Compliances Safety Audits Internal External Conducting HAZOP related to env activities Conducting PHA related to env activities Incident Investigation of env incidents Risk Assessment for env jobs- like AAQM Stack monitoring water sampling etc Basic Firefighting knowledge PESO SMPV Licenses and its renewal Contact Person Meghna Bhatiya Email meghna namanstaffing com Interested candidates can directly APPLY on the below link
