Position: TeleSales Specialist Industry: Wellness & HealthcareLocation: Near Hitech City, Hyderabad (Work from Office)Employment Type: Full-time (3 Shift Options Available)About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated TeleSales Associates who are fluent in Telugu and proficient in English & Hindi. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining wellness and healthcare solutions, and closing sales. Prior telesales experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote wellness & healthcare products/services.
- Engage customers with confidence, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and build long-term customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet overall business goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Telugu (mandatory); knowledge of English & Hindi is preferable.
- Prior experience in telesales/telecalling/customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
- Must be willing to work from the office near Hitech City, Hyderabad (3 shift options available).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 15,000 35,000 per month (based on experience & shift)
