Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Specialist, located on-site in Mumbai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to close sales. Day-to-day tasks include handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team and participating in continuous training to improve skills.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
- Ability to participate in Training and ongoing professional development
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
