Responsibilities include coordinating repair and renovation projects, maintaining records of inspections, and liaising with external contractors. The Estate Executive will also assist in budget management related to estate and facility expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in facilities management and maintenance Ability to coordinate repair and renovation projects Skills in budget management and cost control Knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Adiministration
