About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI-focused campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, execution skills, and the ability to analyze data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, social media, and website updates.

- Drive lead generation and nurturing campaigns aligned with sales and business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.

- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and other marketing automation tools.

- Experience with email marketing, CRM, and lead nurturing campaigns.

- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.).

- Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.

- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
