Job Description Dear Candidates, We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as a HR Recruiter (Talent Aquisition). The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in recruitment cycle and other HR operations. Job Description Job Title: HR Recruiter (Talent Aquisition). Location:Mumbai - Santacruz (E) - Kalina Job Type: Full-time No. Of Positions: 4 Nos. Responsibilities - Assist in recruitment and on boarding processes: - Coordinate job postings on various platforms and manage candidate applications. - Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Conduct initial screening of resumes and assist in shortlisting qualified candidates. - Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation. - Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition. - Maintain employee records and HRIS: - Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and files. - Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis as required. - Support HR operations: - Assist in organising HR-related events, meetings, and training programs. - Help with the administration of employee benefits and leave management. - Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing necessary support. - Provide general HR support: - Respond to employee queries and provide assistance on HR policies and procedures. - Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, employee handbook, and other HR-related documents. - Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Qualifications And Skills - Any Bachelor's degree. - 0-1 Years of Experience (Fresher will do, who are interested to make their career in HR field). - Basic understanding of HR Recruitment Cycle. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. - Prior experience or internships in HR will be an added advantage.
