Reporting to the Application Manager India SWA SEA he she will be responsible for developing Sales of Automation products in the region Customer Engagement Building and maintaining relationships with key customers industry influencers and stakeholders in the Automation Genomics Cell Based assays space This will involve understanding their needs gathering market insights and conducting customer interviews surveys and focus groups specific to these products Sales Support Providing support to the sales team by conducting product training and assisting with customer presentations demos specific to Genomics and Cell Based assays and Automation products Participate in Pre-Sales activities along with sales team to give technical presentations to customers for Automation and Genomics Products offered by Beckman Coulter Life Sciences This will ensure effective communication of the value proposition and differentiation of these products Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive business growth which will involve by setting objectives defining market entry strategies identifying key success factors and developing go-to-market strategies tailored to these product lines Technical Support Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using Automation Genomics and Cell Based Applications This will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues conducting root cause analysis and working with the development team to implement solutions Sound technical knowledge on customer processes and willingness to learn and apply subject knowledge to support customers Application Training Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure they have a thorough understanding of Cell Based Assays Genomics and Automation applications and how to effectively utilize them This may involve creating training materials delivering presentations and providing ongoing support and guidance Follows regular cadence of processes as applicable and maintain rigor in reporting Education and or Experience MSc MTech in Biological Sciences Chem Eng Biotechnology Environmental Sciences At least 5-8 years of extensive Technical Laboratory Applications experience at Life sciences vendor companies or Life Sciences Industry Strong conceptual and practical knowledge on Automation Genomics Cell Based Assays Also aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Adept in understanding and presenting complex workflows involving products such as centrifuges and liquid handling systems that could form a part of the segment related workflows Strong problem-solving skills by proven track record of delivering judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Strong cultural difference awareness to understand what works within and across countries Strong interpersonal skills able to work independently with minimal guidance extended support as a resource for colleagues with less experience A self-motivated person who looks forward to significant field-based activity up to 50-70 of travel Experience in Liquid handling platforms from companies such as Agilent Perkin Elmer Tecan Hamilton When you join us you ll also be joining Danaher s global organization where 69 000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win As an associate you ll try new things work hard and advance your skills with guidance from dedicated leaders all with the support of powerful tools and the stability of a tested organization Danaher is committed to a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and all voices are heard We believe in our associates and the unique perspectives they bring to every challenge which is why we ll empower you to push the boundaries of what s possible If you ve ever wondered what s within you there s no better time to find out Join our winning team today Together we ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow s science and technology We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life For more information visit
