Job Title: Application Specialist - Anesthesia &Ventilators Location: MumbaiJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist with a deep understanding ofanesthesia and ventilator systems. The candidate should have over 3 years of experience in the healthcare field, particularly in supporting and troubleshootinganesthesia machines and ventilator devices. You will serve as the technicalexpert, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal usageof devices. Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance and technical support for anesthesia and ventilator equipment.Train medical personnel in the use and maintenance of equipment.Assist in product installation, troubleshooting, and post -installation support.Ensure that customer requirements are met through effective communication and problem -solving.Keep records of client feedback and provide insights for product improvements.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper device usage and adherence to safety standards.Address any issues with equipment performance and suggest troubleshooting measures.Work alongside the sales team to support pre -sales activities through technical presentations.Deliver on -site application training and support Conductproduct demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. Ensurecompliance with regulatory and safety guidelines during equipment use RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience withanesthesia and/or ventilator equipment.Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment.Strong interpersonal and organizationalskills. Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.
