Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the business vertical.
- Champion customer-first initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead innovation and rollout of new offerings across wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, and social engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and optimized processes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team.
- Own P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- 12-15 years of experience in D2C, tech, consumer, retail, or category management roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and driving growth.
- Deep customer empathy with a passion for improving lives.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and measurable results.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in founder-led, fast-paced environments is a plus.
