Job Description Job title: Manager: Analytics & Data Insights (FMCG) Reports to: Business Head CTC: Up to 12 LPA Experience: 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insight generation roles, Exposure to FMCG is a must. Duties and Responsibilities We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager - Analytics & Data Insights. The role involves working with large and complex data sets to generate meaningful business insights, identify trends, and create data-driven stories. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that can be monetized and leveraged to enhance business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop data models, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Translate complex data into simple, insightful reports that support business decisions and client deliverables. Partner with internal teams to identify new opportunities for data monetization and insights-based offerings. Create presentations and reports showcasing key insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to identify business challenges and provide analytical solutions. Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methods for data analysis and visualization to enhance reporting quality and efficiency. Support in building predictive and prescriptive models to forecast performance and optimize client outcomes. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Advance Excel, etc). Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R will be a plus. Strong storytelling ability to convert data into business insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights with strategic outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights generation roles. Experience in handling large data sets and developing client-facing insights reports. Working Conditions: 1.BYOD (Bring your own Laptop & Mobile) 2.Work location- Gurgaon
