Join us in our mission to make wellness fun and accessible We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Associate to support our online operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth fulfilment across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Daily order fulfilment and delivery tracking across channels. Work on improving RTO performance through data analysis and proactive courier partner management. Manage Uniware operations inventory, reporting and reconciliations. Coordinate with multiple warehouse SPOCs to ensure smooth fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely reconciliation. Perform detailed data analysis on operational KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements. Strong usage of MS Excel for reporting, MIS, and dashboards. Handle B2B appointment-based deliveries efficiently with required coordination. Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Panels order management, returns, and compliance. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce /Central Ops/ Supply chain operations. Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting). Proficiency in Uniware or exposure to other WMS tools preferred. Familiarity with Amazon & Flipkart seller panels. Good communication and coordination skills with courier partners & warehouse teams. Analytical mindset with ability to work on operational data and drive insights. Exposure to B2B deliveries will be an added advantage.
