Role Description The Technical Support Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The responsibilities include providing technical assistance to resolve client queries, troubleshooting issues regarding IT services and solutions, and ensuring smooth functioning of technical operations. You will assist clients in navigating software and IT products, deliver exceptional customer service, and document solutions and resolutions for future reference. You will also collaborate with other teams to improve processes and proactively identify client needs. Qualifications - Proficiency in IT support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members - Understanding of IT Solutions and Products and experience in providing consultation - Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work collaboratively in an on-site environment - Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Prior experience in technical support roles or IT service management is a plus
