Proficient in Transfer Pricing regulations (including OECD guidelines), documentation, benchmarking, TP Study & reports, TP related litigations etc. 2. Well versed in international taxation matters especially tax planning and structuring for few new entrants, cross border transactions DTAA. 3. Good experience in handling tax assessments, litigations, appeals & Advisory. 4. Supervising several concurrent engagement overseeing and revising staff works. Salary As per industry standards.
