Our work sits at the intersection of technology, sales, and client engagement helping customers access streamlined, transparent, and AI-enabled service experiences. Role Description We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Lead Management Intern to join our team in Bangalore (on-site). In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities such as lead qualification, engagement, and pipeline management. You'll interact directly with prospective clients to understand their requirements, create deals in the CRM, and hand them off to the sales team for closure. Your responsibilities will also include: - Maintaining and analyzing lead data for actionable insights. - Coordinating with clients to capture requirements and ensure smooth communication. - Managing CRM records and updating deal statuses. - Supporting training sessions related to our products and services. - Assisting with reporting, follow-ups, and client engagement activities. Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. - Understanding of sales processes and lead management. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about pre-sales operations and data-driven sales.
