We make powerful proprietary formulations that do what they say they will, and deliver visible relief to people suffering from skin concerns. Location - Mumbai | Full-Time Role Your Mission - Own the entire Lifecycle of our external Voice: - Build & Nurture Authentic Relationships: with a curated portfolio of creators, dermatologists, and experts who genuinely align with our brand's mission and values. - Powerful Story-telling: Connect with our partners on a human level and help them unearth their own authentic skin stories in a powerful, emotional, high impact manner. - Own the "It" Factor: Be tapped into culturally relevant conversations and keep the brand ahead of trends in a relevant manner. - Performance & Insights: Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and track the performance of your campaigns, to get actionable insights for building future strategy. - Go Beyond the Gram: if it's a powerful way to tell our story and build our community, it's on your table - podcast integrations, PR, YouTube and strategic brand collaborations. Skills that'll make you - Exceptional Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You have a natural ability to listen, understand motivations, and connect with people on a human level. - Deep Relationship Management: People trust you, enjoy working with you, and see you as a partner, not just a manager. - Strategic & Creative Thinking: You can think beyond a single Instagram post to build a multi-layered campaign. You connect dots that others don't see. - Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You can articulate a vision, write a compelling pitch, and confidently negotiate contracts. The "It" List: Name 3 creators (1 big, 1 mid-tier, and 1 rising star you think is undervalued) who you feel would be a perfect long-term partner for The Solved Skin. In one sentence for each, tell me why. I want to see your taste and your strategic thinking. 2. The Story-spotter Challenge: Look through Creator led content created by other Indian brands for acne, and share 3 examples with your feedback 1. A content piece you love, and why you love it. 2. One content piece that is okay - why and how could it be made better. 3. A content piece you dont really like - how would you give feedback to improve it. 3. The Execution powerhouse: We want to see how you go from a problem to an executable solution. Think back to a time when you had to solve a complicated problem. What was the problem. What solution did you propose - how it was created into an executable model and what were the measurable results you achieved. Please share as many examples as possible - any link to the work/ your spreadsheet etc - you can remove the sensitive internal details and share what you’re comfortable with.
