detail-oriented Technical Product Management Sr Specialist to join our Digital Supply Chain Resilience team This role is dedicated to enhancing our business capabilities by streamlining processes and cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and enhance the risk ecosystem Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery Work closely with stakeholders including business leaders technical teams and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features Value Realization Collaborate with the Product Manager Technical Product Manager and stakeholders to implement new products projects ensuring adherence to project objectives timelines and maximizing adoption value creation Participate in the design and architecture of the systems ensuring scalability performance and security Create and maintain technical documentation including system designs requirements specifications test plans and user guides Assist with Digital System Development Life-Cycle SDLC Author Execution Reviewer Approver and Change Management Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional integration and regression testing to ensure quality and reliability Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on new product features and enhancements Qualifications Post-Degree or master s degree in engineering Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Experience with supply chain management systems and processes 7 years of experience in digital product management business technical analysis or a related role Understanding of software development methodologies e g Agile Scrum Familiarity with product management software e g JIRA Trello Proficiency in data analysis tools e g SQL Excel Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Preferred Understanding data analytics and visualization tools Programming Experience C Python VB Net HTML5 Javascript - strongly preferred
