Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Test Lead position based in Mumbai. The Test Lead will oversee and coordinate testing activities related to credit card processes and systems. Core responsibilities include leading a team to define test strategies, creating test plans, executing functional and non-functional tests, and ensuring quality standards are met for financial products, particularly in the credit card domain. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, and providing detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics. Qualifications - 9+ Years of Experience into Testing & Team Leading. - Expertise in Credit Cards and understanding of related processes and systems is essential. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively manage team collaboration and client interactions. - Basic knowledge of Finance and prior experience in the financial industry is highly desirable. - Experience in Sales is beneficial for understanding business objectives and product requirements. - Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented mindset are required. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration, is preferred.
