Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation with a preference for those with experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the companys success and societal impact. Responsibilities - Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases. - Provide expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. - Monitor testing progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to ensure alignment. - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. - Ensure that testing environments are properly configured and maintained. - Support the implementation of new testing tools and technologies. - Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring reliable software solutions. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in mySQL and ETL Validation. - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to lead testing efforts and manage test teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
