About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who can assist in the Planning, Execution, and Optimization of our digital campaigns. Responsibilities: . The role will include conceptualizing, drafting, and executing campaigns on various platforms. . Formulate segments & target pipelines suited to each of the categories and campaigns. . Running campaigns on Paytm properties and other digital paid media. . Measurement of campaign performance and maintaining performance data. . Coordinating with various stakeholders for creatives, campaign segments, data analytics, etc. Requirements: . End to End Campaign Management. . Should have 1-3 years of experience in campaign management in the Insurance domain or Fintech digital space. . Good understanding of Marketing Automation tools like Clevertap, Moengage, etc. . Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. . Proficient in MS Office. . In-depth understanding of customer behavior, browsing and transacting trends, visual merchandising, and execution. . Ability to identify workflows and formulate processes. . Ability to define metrics for measurement.
