About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager with 4–5 years of agency experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident, presentable, and fluent in English, with proven expertise in planning, running, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with a focus on delivering results.

Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI.

Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Create and present detailed reports to clients in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strong campaign execution.

Maintain client communication with professionalism and clarity.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

4–5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).

Hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Presentable, client-facing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
