Job Description Role - This role spans multiple regions across India. You will be responsible for driving business growth in the PTL, Cruiser, and Conveyor product lines by targeting projects with smaller volume requirements. A key focus will be expanding Addverb s presence within the MSME sector and developing an entirely new business pipeline. Responsibilities - Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs, and challenges in warehouse operations. - Analysis and Solution Design - Work with clients to understand their specific warehouse automation requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs. - Presenting and Pitching Solutions - Effectively communicate the value proposition of warehouse automation solutions, highlighting benefits like increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved accuracy. - Sales Process Management - Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. - Building Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing ongoing support. - Meeting Sales Targets - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas - Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with the investments in the region and Warehouse Hubs. - Technical Proficiency - Develop a good understanding of warehouse automation technologies. Key Skills, Qualifications, and Required Years of Experience - Minimum Qualification - Any Graduate, 60% and above throughout the education - 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales - Knowledge of MS Office
