Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will play a key role in expanding Pekaabo's client base by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue through structured outreach and lead generation systems. The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson but a strategist someone who understands marketing pipelines, knows how to leverage tools and data, and can execute campaigns that translate into deals. You'll be working closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to design scalable business development processes, identify growth markets, and optimize conversion rates across channels. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries (B2B & B2C). - Execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai, and other automation platforms. - Write and manage cold email outreach campaigns with precise audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. - Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, ensuring follow-ups, qualification, and nurturing of leads through CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent). - Collaborate with the strategy team to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and improve targeting efficiency. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and partnership opportunities. - Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and strategic discussions to convert leads into active clients. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital marketing services. - Analyze campaign data and optimize business development processes to meet quarterly revenue targets. Qualifications - Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, ideally within a digital marketing, SaaS, or technology-driven environment. - Hands-on experience using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, HubSpot, Instantly.ai, or similar lead automation platforms. - Strong understanding of cold outreach frameworks, prospect personalization, and email deliverability optimization. - Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills you can handle C-suite conversations with confidence. - Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships. - High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and ownership of results. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Advertising, SEO, or B2B SaaS is highly desirable. - Comfortable in a remote, fast-paced, results-driven environment. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with cold email copywriting, sequencing tools, CRM management, and performance analytics. - Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and sales automation workflows. - Strong analytical mindset able to use data to diagnose gaps and refine approach. - Confidence in using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, ClickUp, or Monday.com for project collaboration.
