Job Description Experience: 2.00 + years Salary: Confidential (based on experience) Expected Notice Period: 7 Days Shift: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Opportunity Type: Remote Placement Type: Full Time Contract for 6 Months(40 hrs a week/160 hrs a month) (*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers client - IT) What do you need for this opportunity Must have skills required: Communication Skills, Oracle Eloqua, process documentation, Campaign Development, data entities, HTML editors, Mapping, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HTML / CSS, Marketing Automation, Segmentation IT is Looking for: Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Automation Specialist What I need to know: - Strong experience in building mobile responsive email templates using clean HTML and CSS, compatible with all major email clients and mobile apps - Good understanding of limitations in email coding and use of fallback techniques when needed - Knowledge of best practice in eCRM design, for example Dark Mode considerations - Good working knowledge of HTML editors such as Adobe Dreamweaver or Sublime Text - Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing Automation, including building multi channel customer journeys, managing data entities, segmentation and campaign development - Knowledge of personalisation features and dynamic content within Microsoft Dynamics - Experience handling data imports, data hygiene and audience management in line with compliance requirements - Experience of Oracle Eloqua would be advantageous - Ability to train and support others who are skilled in other platforms but new to Microsoft Dynamics - Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality - Good communication skills in written and verbal form - Ability to work across multiple projects, stay organised and meet deadlines - Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and client needs Main Duties And Responsibilities (What I Need To Do) - Build and deliver email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics within agreed timelines, ensuring correct rendering and content - Create and maintain customer journeys across email and other digital channels - Manage segmentation and data tasks including mapping, targeting and reporting - Complete end to end testing of marketing campaigns to ensure correct set up before launch - Monitor live activity and performance, report findings and help resolve any issues - Work closely with teammates and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns - Help solve technical challenges and share learnings with the wider team - Support pilot services and help shape new capabilities - Take an active role in Migration, onboarding and training team members who are learning Microsoft Dynamics - Carry out regular quality checks to ensure strong delivery standards - Act as a secondary Subject Matter Expert by assisting with process documentation and guidance - Support improvements in workflow and keep good working practices in place Working Hours - Availability to work aligned to UK business hours, ensuring suitable overlap with the UK team and clients How to apply for this opportunity - Step 1: Click On Apply And Register or Login on our portal. - Step 2: Complete the Screening Form & Upload updated Resume - Step 3: Increase your chances to get shortlisted & meet the client for the Interview About Uplers: Our goal is to make hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
