Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Manager located in Noida. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and managing sales of residential properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with estate agents. The role includes overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to final possession, conducting site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. Qualifications - Experience in Residential Real Estate and Estate Agents - Strong skills in Sales and Customer Satisfaction - Excellent Customer Service skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using real estate CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
