What You Will Be Doing

- Design and validate sophisticated AI architectures that solve complex business challenges while meeting rigorous technical standards
- Build and mentor a world-class AI team, elevating their capabilities and establishing Ignite as a destination for elite AI talent

- Oversee day-to-day project management of established AI initiatives; your focus is strategic direction and breakthrough innovation
- Conduct purely academic research without clear paths to business application and measurable outcomes

Basic Requirements

- Extensive experience in the AI sector, with demonstrated success leading innovation initiatives and managing high-performing technical teams
- Proven track record of leadership excellence, having built and mentored AI teams that consistently deliver business-critical outcomes
- Advanced operational proficiency with generative AI technologies, including development of custom solutions, workflow automation, and deployment of specialized models (basic usage limited to research or content generation is insufficient)
- Technical mastery of Python and core AI/ML technologies, with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and guide architectural decisions

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
