What You Will Be Doing

- Design, refine, and validate high-performance AI solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

What You Wont Be Doing

- Managing existing AI projects; your focus will be on shaping AI&aposs strategic direction at Ignite, not just executing tasks.
- Engaging in purely theoretical research; your skills will be used to address practical business challenges.

Head Of Artificial Intelligence Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement a robust AI strategy that aligns Ignite&aposs AI endeavors with the company&aposs broader business objectives.

Basic Requirements

- Extensive experience in AI and technology sectors, with a significant focus on AI innovation, project leadership, and team management.
- Proven track record of leadership, having effectively led and mentored AI teams in dynamic, innovative settings while driving projects aligned with business goals.
- Advanced skills in generative AI, including the utilization of multiple AI tools, automation of workflows, and custom GPTs; limited experience with LLMs for research, learning, or content generation is insufficient.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Python, with a comprehensive understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their business applications.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
